Supply Planner

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Planner to join our team. In this role you will optimise inventory management, develop and implement inventory strategies, analyse demand patterns and collaborate with internal and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Your work will directly support customer satisfaction, minimise carrying costs and reduce waste across the aftermarket supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage planning activities, including forecasting accuracy, MRP messages, lead‑time checks and safety‑stock adjustments for a specific portfolio.
• Develop and implement inventory strategies to optimise stock levels and allocate material between spares and repairs under global supply constraints.
• Analyse demand patterns and forecast future inventory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal suppliers across US, EMEA and APAC to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor supply performance, implement corrective actions and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in aftermarket planning or supply chain management.
• Knowledge of the aviation aftermarket business.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• SAP (MM/LE) and/or MRP systems.
• Servigistics tool.
• PowerBI.
• Data analysis using Microsoft Access or Python.
• Experience with inventory optimisation strategies.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
