System Integration Engineer – Mobile Payments

About the role

As a System Integration Engineer in the PAY Onboarding team, you will be the technical bridge between global customers and our digital payment solutions. You will guide customers through onboarding, integration and delivery, ensuring they understand the product, SDKs and best‑practice flows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep expertise in the company’s payment SDKs and APIs.
• Conduct technical trainings, integration workshops and architecture discussions with customer development teams.
• Provide hands‑on onboarding, L2 field support and troubleshooting for live customer requests.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback, propose product enhancements and represent the customer’s voice internally.
• Collaborate with R&D, product management and technical leaders across Europe and Asia to resolve complex issues.
• Participate in on‑site customer meetings when required, acting as a professional company representative.

Required profile

• Strong customer empathy and proactive problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to understand the full technical, functional and business impact of integration challenges.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Java and Kotlin (Android development).
• Objective‑C and Swift (iOS development).
• Experience with mobile SDK development and integration.
• Familiarity with mobile platforms, libraries and tooling.
• Knowledge of multiplatform frameworks such as Cordova.
