System Integration Engineer – Mobile Payments

About the role

The System Integration Engineer will join the PAY Onboarding team to ensure a seamless customer experience across digital payment solutions. You will act as a trusted technical partner, guiding global customers through onboarding, integration and delivery phases while understanding their full ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep expertise in the company’s payment products and SDKs.
• Deliver technical trainings, integration workshops, architecture discussions and hands‑on onboarding sessions.
• Provide L2 field support, manage live customer requests and ensure stable, continuous service.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback, propose product enhancements and represent the customer’s voice internally.
• Collaborate with R&D teams in Europe and Asia, technical leaders and product management to resolve complex issues.
• Participate in regular customer meetings, including on‑site engagements, as a professional company representative.

Required profile

• Solid experience in software development and validation, preferably on mobile platforms.
• Strong interest in mobile applications, SDKs and end‑to‑end integration flows.
• Customer‑centric mindset with proactive problem‑solving and the ability to anticipate risks.
