Systems Engineer – Hybrid Cloud & Zero Trust

About the role

Our Systems Engineering team is looking for a Systems Engineer to design, build and operate our global hybrid cloud environment and Zero Trust network. You will act as the bridge between traditional IT administration and modern DevOps practices, ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available services for employees worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and scale hybrid cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS.
• Deploy and maintain Zero Trust network access using Cisco Meraki, Wireguard and related tools.
• Manage corporate devices through MDM solutions and endpoint security platforms such as Jamf Pro and VMware Workspace ONE.
• Administer SaaS applications, integrate cross-system workflows and oversee domain, DNS and developer account management.
• Maintain monitoring, observability and disaster-recovery systems using Prometheus, Grafana and related processes.
• Apply ITIL v4 principles to drive operational standards, service workflows and incident management.
• Own system health and security, troubleshoot complex architectural issues and communicate across teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing hybrid cloud environments (AWS) and containerization (Docker).
• Strong background in identity management (Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace) and multi-OS administration (Linux, Windows, macOS).
• Hands-on experience designing Zero Trust architectures and endpoint security.
• Familiarity with ITIL v4, monitoring tools and service-ticket platforms (Jira, Freshservice).
• Ability to work autonomously, resolve complex problems and adapt to changing priorities.
