Talent Partner

About the role

Whalebone is looking for a Talent Partner to own end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple functions and locations. You will work closely with hiring managers to shape roles, build pipelines and ensure a high‑quality hiring experience as the company continues its rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Run recruitment processes from role definition to offer and onboarding for tech, sales, marketing, finance and senior positions.
• Partner with hiring managers, challenge briefs, set realistic expectations and provide market insights.
• Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search and creative outreach methods.
• Build long‑term talent pipelines, map market trends and support future hiring needs together with HR Business Partners.
• Improve sourcing channels, job ads, employer branding and contribute to recruitment campaigns.
• Ensure candidates feel respected, informed and engaged throughout the process.
• Track hiring metrics, analyse data and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a tech or scale‑up environment.
• Proven ability to hire across multiple functions and locations.
• Strong end‑to‑end recruitment ownership and independent execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good business understanding of how hiring drives company growth.
• Fluent English.
