Technical Content Lead – SaaS Marketing

About the role

Windsor.ai is seeking a Technical Content Lead to own and build its content function from the ground up. You will shape the editorial strategy for a fast‑growing SaaS data‑integration platform, turning complex technical concepts into compelling, conversion‑focused copy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the content roadmap and editorial calendar across blogs, integration pages, and comparison guides to drive organic sign‑ups.
• Recruit, brief, and manage a mix of freelance and in‑house writers with deep knowledge of marketing data, analytics, and integrations.
• Edit and quality‑check every piece for technical accuracy, brand tone, and readability.
• Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, and signup attribution using the same analytics tools the product sells, and iterate on high‑performing content.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated high performer who thrives on independence and direct impact on pipeline numbers.
• Proven experience scaling content programs at SaaS or martech companies with measurable growth.
• Demonstrated people‑management skills: briefing, editing, and holding writers to high standards.
• Ability to translate technical product documentation into content that marketers and analysts find useful.
