Technical Presales – IBM Solutions

About the role

Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) business is looking for a Technical Presales professional to support IBM portfolio sales across its Prague office. You will work closely with field sales, inside sales and solution architects to translate customer needs into technical offers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support to Field Sales, Inside Sales and Solutions Architects, preparing BOMs and service scope breakdowns.
• Develop and deliver technical seminars, workshops, webinars and customer presentations on IBM products.
• Identify and evaluate technology supply opportunities during customer meetings and share insights with the team.
• Maintain IBM product certifications and deliver post‑sale support such as installations, upgrades and consulting.

Required profile

• Experience working with IBM solutions or a leading enterprise technology vendor.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and articulate value propositions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IBM Software, Automation, Data & AI, Security, Infrastructure and Hybrid Cloud solutions.
• Experience delivering technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops and proof‑of‑concepts.
