Technical Project Manager – Digital Platform

About the role

Join DHL IT Services as a Technical Project Manager within the DHL.COM platform team. You will lead complex initiatives that span infrastructure and software development, ensuring the global DHL website delivers reliable and innovative digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through implementation, coordinating with program managers, product owners, architects, engineers and business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into clear project plans, manage risks, dependencies and timelines, and communicate progress in a structured manner.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT project management, preferably with infrastructure, software development or digital platform delivery.
• Strong ability to understand technical topics and lead discussions with architects, engineers, vendors and business stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches and the skill to select the appropriate method for each project.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Confidence in managing scope, budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Advanced spoken and written English.
