About the role

We are seeking an IT Technical Recruiter to lead the sourcing, screening, and hiring of qualified technology professionals. The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial technical interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow‑up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain end‑to‑end recruitment process documentation.
• Update and manage candidate databases and recruitment reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with a variety of IT technologies and technical roles.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn for talent sourcing.
