About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Technical Support Specialist to join our Operations team on the night shift. The role is remote within the Czech Republic and involves 3rd‑level support for customers in English and German.

Key responsibilities

Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues in customers' IT infrastructure, including servers, websites and migrations.
Provide technical solutions for compromised servers, managed tasks and error analysis.
Document incidents, construct and provision servers, and proactively monitor internal infrastructure.

Required profile

Completed technical vocational training in IT or equivalent professional experience.
Very good knowledge of Linux administration (Shell/Terminal).
Service‑oriented, independent and responsible attitude in technical customer support.
Fluent English (company language); German knowledge is a plus.
