Trade Investment Finance Specialist (German Speaker)

About the role

AB InBev is looking for a Trade Investment Finance Specialist who speaks German to join its finance team in Prague. The role focuses on controlling discounts, bonuses and pricing disputes to avoid financial surprises and ensure accurate commercial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end processing of promotional invoice bookings and monitor related deductions.
• Review contracts, ERP records, accruals and invoices to guarantee invoicing accuracy.
• Map invoices to accruals, validate outstanding accruals and perform daily early‑warning system checks.
• Execute month‑end closure, quarterly control and annual final settlement activities.
• Conduct periodic and year‑end customer reconciliations and continuously improve process efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, FP&A, revenue management, dispute management or financial audit/control.
• Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of accruals, discount management and commercial finance processes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with commercial functions.
