Trade Marketing & Customer Strategy Lead – Czech & Slovak Market

About the role

You will lead a team responsible for customer strategy, ice‑cream category growth and trade marketing for the Czech and Slovak markets across Modern Trade and Out‑of‑Home channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing, collaborative team.
• Define and deploy customer, channel and category strategies to deliver sustainable growth.
• Translate consumer, shopper and customer data into commercial plans and market execution priorities.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Strategy & Insights to deliver integrated business plans.
• Lead innovation and category growth initiatives, ensuring successful launches and customer activation.
• Drive excellence in pricing, promotions, category development and channel execution.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and senior stakeholders to influence decisions and identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams in Trade Marketing, Category Management, Sales or a related commercial function within FMCG.
• Strong commercial strategy, category growth, consumer and shopper insight skills, and cross‑functional stakeholder management.
• End‑to‑end thinking, ownership of results and comfort in a fast‑moving, evolving organisation.
