Trade Marketing Specialist

About the role

As a Trade Marketing Specialist you will bring brand and commercial strategies to life in the Czech market, working at the intersection of Marketing and Sales. Based in Prague, you will lead trade marketing initiatives that boost brand visibility, customer engagement and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver trade marketing projects from planning through execution to post‑activity evaluation.
• Manage trade marketing budgets, monitor spending and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Develop and execute in‑store activation programmes and point‑of‑sale materials (POSM).
• Manage relationships with suppliers and agencies to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Analyse market performance, trade KPIs and promotional effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing or a related commercial function.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Czech, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and experience in an FMCG environment is an advantage.
