Training Specialist – STC EMEA

About the role

As a Training Specialist for the STC EMEA region at Edwards, you will design and deliver technical and functional training programs that support the Semiconductor Service Division. Reporting to the Hiring Manager, you will align learning initiatives with strategic goals and foster professional growth across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engaging training materials for in‑person, virtual, and e‑learning formats.
• Conduct training needs analyses with managers and stakeholders to identify skill gaps.
• Coordinate onboarding and targeted training for new hires and technical specialists.
• Partner with HR and Global Training & Development to continuously improve content quality and delivery.
• Maintain accurate training documentation and LMS records for compliance and reporting.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance data, and refine programs accordingly.
• Build and manage annual training plans for the STC EMEA department.
• Support employer branding, employee engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in Learning & Development, training design, or a similar specialist role.
• Strong analytical ability to assess training needs and measure outcomes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proactive, creative mindset with meticulous organizational skills.
• Fluent in Czech and proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
