Transfer Pricing Analyst – Prague

About the role

Guerbet’s Group Tax Department is looking for a Transfer Pricing Analyst to support process harmonisation, data standardisation, automation and transfer‑pricing calculations for the worldwide group. Based in the Prague Shared Services Centre, the role reports to the Transfer Pricing Manager in France and works closely with controlling, supply chain, accounting and IT stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial analysis, including account mapping and financial data assessment.
• Prepare and run transfer‑pricing calculations and related adjustments.
• Participate in cross‑functional automation projects, contributing to UAT and SAP/Power BI controls.
• Develop and maintain financial flow mapping for intercompany transactions.
• Partner with HQ and local teams (controlling, supply chain, accounting, IT) to ensure accurate transfer‑pricing computation and invoicing.
• Consolidate and maintain transfer‑pricing databases and documentation.

Required profile

• 5 + years of experience in transfer pricing or financial analysis/controlling within a transfer‑pricing environment.
• Professional‑level English and ability to work in a global, multi‑geography setting.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective stakeholder management and clear written communication.
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable and able to work autonomously.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (complex formulas, large data sets, data checks).
• Excel/VBA (a plus).
• Knowledge of SAP (a plus).
• Knowledge of Power BI (a plus).
