Travel Site Research Assistant / Clinical Research Coordinator (2 days per week)

About the role

iQVIA is recruiting a Site Research Assistant / Clinical Research Coordinator to support a clinical research site in Mariánské Lázně, Czech Republic. The position is part-time, about 2 days per week (which may be consecutive days), with an overnight stay possibly required; it starts immediately and lasts approximately 6 months. Candidates come from across the Czech Republic and must be willing to travel to the site.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update study documentation, including protocols, case report forms (CRFs) and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems
• Support patient screening and enrollment, including informed consent and privacy documentation
• Coordinate logistics for study procedures in line with the protocol
• Enter data, check its quality and resolve queries
• Manage and ship biological samples
• Communicate with study monitors and answer study-related questions
• Handle general administrative tasks related to the study

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent education and/or relevant experience in a clinical or medical setting
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Assistant, Research Nurse or Clinical Research Coordinator at a clinical trial site
• Solid understanding of clinical trials and familiarity with protocols, informed consent forms and study schedules
• Fluent Czech and good command of English
• Willingness to travel to Mariánské Lázně for 2 on-site days per week
