Warehouse Operations Manager

About the role

Rohlik is launching a brand‑new, highly automated fulfillment centre and needs an Operations Manager to lead a core shift from day one. You will shape processes, set standards and build a high‑performing team in a fast‑moving, startup‑like environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own shift‑level performance, safety compliance and labour management.
• Coach, mentor and scale a team of Area Managers, ensuring proper staffing and skill readiness.
• Collaborate with Automation, OpEx, HR, IT and Transport to solve live challenges and align resources.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct root‑cause analyses and champion continuous improvement.
• Support implementation of new tools, automated systems and standardised processes.
• Provide hands‑on problem‑solving during peak periods, weekends and holidays.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics or manufacturing management.
• Proven track record managing teams of 20+ people in fast‑paced settings.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, coordination and leadership abilities.
• High school leaving exam (Abitur/Matura) or higher education.
• Proficiency in English; Czech is a plus.
• Availability to work regular business hours, Monday‑Friday, with occasional extended hours.
