Customer Service Representative

About the role

Thales is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its Mobile Connectivity team in Prague. You will act as the key liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring smooth order‑to‑cash processes from order receipt through invoicing and post‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers and internal teams (Sales, Account Management, Finance, Project Management) throughout the order‑to‑cash cycle.
• Process customer orders and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.
• Coordinate order progress, monitor milestones, and support timely invoicing.
• Facilitate communication between customers and internal stakeholders to ensure project and service continuity.
• Assist in managing overdue receivables in collaboration with sales and finance teams.
• Handle post‑sales administrative activities related to delivered solutions.
• Prepare regular reports and contribute to invoicing forecasting and backlog management.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑oriented, administrative or sales‑support role.
• Understanding of sales order, logistics and basic financial/invoicing processes.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive, customer‑focused attitude.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
