Sales Representative – Czech Republic

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Representative to expand our presence in the Czech Republic. The role involves acquiring new clients, building long‑term relationships and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining existing accounts.
• Meet defined sales targets and analyse market trends to uncover opportunities.
• Advise clients on technical and commercial aspects of our flooring products.
• Organise training sessions and keep the client database up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Experience in selling flooring or related materials (preferred).
• Fluent English; Polish is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent self‑organisation and willingness to travel frequently.
• Valid category B driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
