Demi Chef de Partie – Breakfast & Night

About the role

Augustine Hotel Prague, a historic 13th‑century monastery turned ultra‑luxury hotel, is seeking a motivated Demi Chef de Partie to lead its breakfast and night kitchen sections. You will work alongside top chefs, mastering high‑end gastronomy and delivering flawless service at any hour.

Key responsibilities

• Support and run your section, managing preparation and service for premium breakfast and late‑night culinary requests.
• Prepare and plate dishes to the highest luxury standards, ensuring visual and taste perfection.
• Take ownership of early‑morning and night shifts, guaranteeing smooth transitions and consistent quality during independent service periods.
• Learn new techniques, work with seasonal premium ingredients, and adapt to fine‑dining service demands.
• Maintain a spotless workspace, adhering strictly to food‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef with a passion for fine dining.
• Flexibility to cover breakfast and night shifts, reliable self‑organisation.
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to improve skills and strong attention to detail.
• Good communication, positive mindset and ability to work both independently and in a fast‑paced team.
• Command of English and/or Czech for daily communication.
