Director of Revenue Management

About the role

Kempinski is looking for a Director of Revenue Management to lead pricing, inventory and revenue strategies for its Prague property. The role is responsible for driving market share, optimizing distribution channels and ensuring revenue performance aligns with the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive market share and revenue performance through effective pricing and mix management.
• Develop and implement overall pricing strategy across all market segments and distribution channels.
• Manage inventory control for transient, group, wholesale allotments and other channels.
• Ensure compliance with Kempinski Revenue Management Standards and initiatives.
• Optimize OTA, content, reputation and distribution channels, including branded web, third‑party sites and GDS.
• Lead weekly Revenue Management & Operations meetings and share best practices.
• Produce accurate weekly and monthly forecasts with a +/-5% variance.
• Recruit, train and mentor the Reservations Manager or a strong second‑in‑command.
• Maintain accurate data entry in revenue systems and continuously analyze performance data.

Required profile

• Proven ability to drive market share and revenue performance in a hospitality environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of accurate forecasting.
• Leadership experience, including recruiting, training and mentoring team members.
• Deep understanding of pricing strategy, inventory control and distribution channel optimization.
• Commitment to compliance with revenue management standards and best practices.
