Hotel Manager – Lead Operations in Czech Republic

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Manager for a hotel group in the Czech Republic. The successful candidate will be a strong, results‑driven leader with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of enhancing hotel operations, driving guest satisfaction, and boosting the hotel's reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Hotel Operations: Manage all daily hotel activities and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Financial Management: Handle budgeting, forecasting, and ensure the hotel meets financial goals.
• Guest Experience: Maintain high guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Reputation Management: Improve guest reviews and reputation scores online.
• Online Positioning: Enhance the hotel's presence on OTAs and online platforms.
• Team Development: Lead and support hotel teams and department heads to improve performance.
• Strategy & Compliance: Implement strategies and ensure the hotel follows all rules and regulations.
• Business Growth: Help drive business development and expand the hotel's market presence.

Required profile

• Experience in 4 or 5‑Star Hotels: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and improve hotel performance.
• Guest Satisfaction Focus: Experience improving guest ratings and reviews.
• Strategic & Practical: Ability to think strategically and manage day‑to‑day operations.
