HR Contact Center Associate – French & English (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Join Amazon's HR Contact Center team supporting EMEA countries. The role can be based in Prague or performed remotely from anywhere in Poland, Slovakia or the Czech Republic. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, handling HR lifecycle queries in French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and resolve HR queries in French and English via phone, live chat, email and internal case management systems.
• Provide guidance on benefits, payroll, leave of absence, onboarding, terminations and data management.
• Escalate complex issues and identify gaps in documentation or processes to improve service quality.
• Maintain a high degree of customer focus, ensuring each contact is accepted and resolved.
• Work rotational shifts, including weekends, weekdays and bank holidays.

Required profile

• Very good written and verbal proficiency in French (B2 CEFR) and English (B2 CEFR).
• Relevant experience in administration, customer service, call‑center or HR environments.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work on rotational shifts.
