HR Contact Center Associate – Italian & English (Remote, 12-Month Fixed-Term)

About the role

Join Amazon’s HR Contact Center team supporting EMEA employees. The role provides first‑line assistance in Italian and English for employee life‑cycle queries, handling benefits, payroll, onboarding, and terminations. It can be performed remotely from Slovakia or the Czech Republic, with an office option in Prague.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and resolve HR queries in Italian and English using FAQs and SOPs, escalating when necessary.
• Take ownership of employee contacts, ensuring each interaction is accepted and resolved with high customer focus.
• Identify gaps in documentation and processes, proposing improvements to service quality.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to explain and resolve employee lifecycle issues.
• Seek employee feedback to continuously improve service levels.
• Work rotational shifts, including weekends, weekdays, and bank holidays.

Required profile

• Very good written and verbal proficiency in Italian (B2) and English (B2).
• Computer skills: Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook.
• Relevant experience in administration, customer service/call centre or HR environment.
• Ability to work with confidential information and in international, multicultural teams.
• Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced environment and good time‑management skills.
