About the role
Lead the RAI policy stack: turn human‑demonstration data into robot behaviour. Own the force‑expert and VLA training direction, lead a small senior ML team, and take models from research to running on the robot.
Key responsibilities
- Own the force‑expert and VLA training direction.

Required profile
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Senior ML leadership in robotics or a related field.
- Strong PyTorch and deep‑learning fundamentals.
- Track record shipping models to production.
Required skills
- PyTorch.
- Deep learning.
- VLA / foundation models.
- Sim‑to‑real transfer.
