Marketing Manager – Czech Republic

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to lead the execution of Wattstor’s marketing programme in the Czech Republic. The role is hands‑on, covering campaigns, events, website management and customer evidence initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated multi‑channel marketing campaigns that generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with external agencies, manage budgets, timelines and reporting for each campaign.
• Organise exhibitions, conferences, webinars and customer events, handling logistics, suppliers and lead capture.
• Develop and distribute customer case studies, testimonials and video/photo assets.
• Maintain and update company websites, manage plugins, themes and ensure optimal page performance.
• Collaborate with specialist agencies to improve technical SEO, page load speeds and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO).
• Support content creation and PR activities across all company channels.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of marketing experience.
• Fluent English and strong Czech communication skills.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver events.
• Experience delivering multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong project‑management and organisational abilities.
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Understanding of SEO and preferably AEO best practices.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.
• Experience with WordPress or comparable CMS.
• Basic editing skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Premiere Pro.
• Experience in the energy or technology sector is a plus.
