About the role

Join the Augustine Hotel Prague, a 13th‑century monastery turned ultra‑luxury flagship, as a Mixologist. You will shape an exclusive cocktail program that reflects the historic setting while delivering world‑class guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create, develop and serve signature luxury cocktails using cutting‑edge mixology techniques.
• Share the story behind each drink, linking it to the hotel’s medieval heritage and the custom‑brewed St. Thomas Beer.
• Provide personalized recommendations and a sophisticated service experience for an international clientele.
• Maintain impeccable bar organization, stock control and presentation standards.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of spirits, classic and modern cocktails, homemade syrups, infusions and pairings.
• Polished appearance and a guest‑first mindset suited to luxury hospitality.
• Fluent English communication skills for a global audience.
• Highly detail‑oriented, reliable and passionate about elevating nightlife standards.
