Public Area Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the Augustine Hotel Prague, a 13th‑century monastery turned ultra‑luxury hotel, as a Public Area Attendant. You will be responsible for maintaining the immaculate appearance of all public spaces, ensuring every guest experiences the highest standards of 5‑star hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lobbies, hallways, restaurants, event areas and historic courtyards.
• Perform detailed cleaning, deep‑maintenance tasks and regular inspections to exceed luxury standards.
• Greet guests courteously, contributing to a warm and refined atmosphere.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping Supervisors to monitor supplies, maintain equipment and use eco‑friendly products responsibly.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring safe pathways and flawless presentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning or hospitality, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering impeccable results.
• Reliable, proactive team player with good communication skills.
• Professional demeanor, punctuality and discretion in a high‑end setting.
