Real Estate & Insurance Specialist

About the role

As a Real Estate & Insurance Specialist, you will support real estate and insurance activities across the WEZ countries, including contract and invoice processing, insurance claims, payments and cost management. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, employees, suppliers, brokers and insurers, taking ownership of your responsibilities and ensuring accurate and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain real estate and insurance‑related contracts, records and documentation.
• Process real estate, insurance and related invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Handle and follow up on insurance claims, collaborating with employees, brokers, insurers and internal teams.
• Support insurance programmes by gathering information for risk assessments and contract setup.
• Monitor insurance costs, premiums, claims and broker fees against budget and investigate variances.
• Provide claim and cost statistics and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Act as a key contact for real estate and insurance queries across the WEZ countries.
• Maintain process documentation and ensure activities meet agreed SLAs and AB InBev policies.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in insurance, claims handling or risk management.
• Fluency in English and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a structured, systematic approach.
• Self‑driven, proactive and able to work independently while managing priorities.
• Good understanding of financial concepts and transactions.
