Revenue Manager (Hotel Cluster)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cluster Revenue Manager to oversee revenue performance across a portfolio of four hotels in the Czech Republic. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through strategic pricing, yield management, forecasting, and distribution optimisation while maximising RevPAR, ADR, occupancy and overall commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily pricing, rate loading and inventory control across all distribution channels.
• Optimise RevPAR, ADR and occupancy performance through yield management and dynamic pricing.
• Maintain Channel Manager, OTA extranets (Booking.com, Expedia) and CRS/PMS systems.
• Monitor market trends, competitor benchmarking and STR reports.
• Handle group pricing, corporate rates and contract negotiations.
• Identify and develop new distribution channels and revenue streams.
• Prepare weekly forecasts, budgeting and revenue reports.
• Optimise online visibility, ranking and conversion across OTAs.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in hotel revenue or yield management.
• Experience with multi‑property or cluster environments is a plus.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) and strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Channel Manager platforms.
• Property Management System (PMS) and Central Reservation System (CRS).
• OTA platforms such as Booking.com and Expedia.
• Advanced Excel and data‑analysis capabilities.
