About the role

UPS is looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join its Prague office. You will be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance with their shipments, helping them navigate the delivery process and resolve any issues.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist customers with the delivery and processing of parcels.
  • Use UPS internal systems to track shipments and update order information.
  • Communicate with customs, invoicing departments, and couriers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests related to shipments.

Required profile

  • Minimum secondary education (high school diploma).
  • Patience, empathy, and a strong customer‑oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
