Data Analyst – Marketing (m/f/d)

Key responsibilities

• Consult and discover: engage directly with international clients and internal stakeholders to uncover true business needs, pain points and strategic goals.
• Generate deep insights: design and execute sophisticated analyses, applying advanced techniques to extract hidden insights from complex datasets.
• Champion AI innovation: explore, experiment and implement AI methodologies to create predictive, prescriptive and cognitive capabilities.
• Build robust data foundations: work hands‑on with large volumes of data in relational databases, optimise SQL queries and design automated ETL/ELT flows and migrations.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Business Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with data‑visualisation tools, preferably Power BI.
• Proficiency with relational databases, especially MySQL (mandatory).
• Familiarity with Snowflake, machine‑learning techniques and predictive modelling is an asset.
• Knowledge of data‑processing tools such as Airflow, dbt and SSIS is considered an asset.
• Python programming knowledge is a definite advantage.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills, fluent English.
