Influencer & Community Manager – Brand Engagement

About the role

Join P&G’s new Influencer & Community team in Central Europe and drive brand relevance through creator partnerships, authentic content, and real‑time consumer conversations. Based in Prague, you will shape how our brands come to life on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end influencer and KOL strategies aligned with regional guidance.
• Identify, vet, and onboard creators across micro, macro, celebrity, and expert tiers.
• Manage campaign delivery, including briefings, content rollout, budget oversight, performance analysis and optimisation.
• Engage audiences on key platforms, turning creator content into ongoing community advocacy.
• Monitor sentiment, manage risks, and maintain community guidelines and escalation protocols.
• Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to integrate influencer, UGC and brand content into a cohesive social‑first ecosystem.
• Leverage social‑listening and AI tools to generate insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of creator culture, platform dynamics and community engagement.
• Hands‑on experience managing influencer campaigns from concept to performance reporting.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Media, Brand, PR and agency partners.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and measurable impact.

Required skills

• Experience with social‑listening and AI analytics tools.
• Proficiency in managing influencer relationships and agency collaborations.
• Knowledge of major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit).
