International Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an International Customer Service Specialist to join our client’s Prague‑based team. The role supports business partners worldwide, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of requests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to international business partners.
• Process incoming requests and keep accurate records in internal systems.
• Prepare, review and verify relevant documentation.
• Coordinate activities with internal departments to guarantee seamless operations.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and follow up on open tasks.
• Support ongoing administrative and operational processes.

Required profile

• Completed secondary or university education.
• Fluent in English and German; intermediate Czech.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Previous experience in customer service or administration is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a customer‑oriented attitude.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to solve problems.
