About the role
Ayvens is looking for an IT Infrastructure Specialist to provide expert user support, manage system updates and backups, and coordinate application development with external IT vendors. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless IT operations and support the company’s sustainable mobility initiatives. The role supports Ayvens’ mission to drive sustainable mobility through reliable and secure IT services.
Key responsibilities
- Provide IT user support and expert consultations.
- Handle updates, installation, administration, maintenance, and backup of assigned programs and systems.
- Coordinate application development with external IT vendors, including direct communication.
- Ensure data security and protect data against unauthorized access.
- Collaborate with external vendors on IT infrastructure matters.
- Maintain documentation of IT processes, configurations, and vendor agreements.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to minimize downtime.
