Key Account Manager – Corporate Partners (Czech Republic & Slovakia)

About the role

AXA Partners is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with corporate partners across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. You will work with a broad portfolio of insurance and assistance solutions, ranging from travel and home insurance to cyber protection and lifestyle products.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing corporate partners.
• Identify and drive cross‑selling and upselling opportunities within the client portfolio.
• Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Lead implementation of new products and solutions with partners.
• Organise regular business review meetings to assess performance and uncover growth opportunities.
• Analyse business performance and collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or a similar field.
• University degree in Economics, Business or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2) and native Czech language skills.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on identifying growth opportunities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English (B2 level) and native Czech.
