Key Account Manager – FMCG Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join NIQ’s sales team. You will manage a portfolio of long‑term FMCG manufacturers, nurturing relationships and driving growth through tailored data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own a dedicated portfolio of leading FMCG clients, developing accounts and identifying growth opportunities.
• Maintain regular contact with client stakeholders across marketing, sales, research and senior management.
• Lead contract renewals and propose additional services based on client needs.
• Collaborate daily with internal Customer Service and Analytics Insights teams to ensure delivery excellence.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in key account management or account development, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Independent, reliable and able to work quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2) and Czech or Slovak.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with data tables and perform basic analysis.
