Sales Intern

About the role

Kraft Heinz is looking for an enthusiastic Bachelor or Master student to join its Sales internship in Prague. The intern deals with customer insights, innovative projects, sales performance tracking, POS data management, pricing and promotions, and cross-functional collaboration. The internship takes place in a hybrid setting (60% office, 40% from home) and lasts at least 50% of the time while enrolled at university.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation and analysis of sales reports
• Prepare presentations for customers
• Monitor product pricing and promotional activities across key customers
• Assist with logistic data collection and uploading
• Manage administrative processes
• Take ownership of larger projects, such as contributing to the implementation of sales tools, assisting with market research and competitive analysis, supporting regional sales teams in creating client materials and customer insights, and providing analytical and operational support to senior sales team members

Required profile

• Enrolled at university at least 50% of the duration of the internship
• Nearing the end of a bachelor's degree or pursuing a master's
• Good knowledge of English
• Excellent communication skills, as you will interact with senior management and various collaborators
• Analytical mindset, able to turn complex data into simple solutions
• Curious, positive and enthusiastic, with a strong work ethic

The recruitment process starts with CV selection based on eligibility, followed by an online screening interview via Microsoft Teams and an interview with the hiring manager; it takes 4 to 8 weeks. The position is based in Prague.
