System Integration Engineer – Mobile Payments

About the role

You will join the PAY Onboarding team as a System Integration Engineer, acting as the technical bridge between global customers and our digital payment solutions. The role combines deep mobile expertise with strong customer empathy to ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and long‑term satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the company’s payment products and SDKs.
• Deliver technical trainings, integration workshops, architecture discussions, and hands‑on onboarding sessions.
• Provide L2 field support, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure stable, continuous service.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback, propose product enhancements, and represent the customer’s voice in internal R&D meetings.
• Collaborate with R&D teams in Europe and Asia, technical leaders, and product management to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Participate in regular customer meetings, including on‑site visits when required.

Required profile

• Solid experience in software development and validation, preferably on mobile platforms.
• Strong curiosity, proactive problem‑solving, and ability to understand the full technical and business picture.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.

Required skills

• Java and Kotlin (Android development)
• Objective‑C and Swift (iOS development)
• Experience with mobile SDKs and end‑to‑end integration flows
• Familiarity with multiplatform frameworks such as Cordova or React Native
