About the role

Join a leading IT player as a Telemarketing Specialist focusing on Polish‑speaking customers. You will support inside‑sales activities, engage with commercial prospects, and help generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing campaigns and events via phone calls.
• Run phone campaigns targeting existing and prospective commercial customers.
• Execute email and social‑media outreach to nurture prospects.
• Profile prospect companies, identify needs, and create leads.
• Maintain high‑quality lead data in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing departments throughout the lead‑generation process.

Required profile

• Native Polish speaker with strong communication skills.
• Energetic, goal‑oriented, and interested in sales development.
• Comfortable speaking with existing and prospective clients over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of the Office package, social media, and IT environments.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Enthusiastic about meeting new people and understanding client needs.
