Training Specialist – Hybrid

About the role

As a Training Specialist at ABB, you will help design and deliver training programs for internal and external customers, supporting the company’s mission to run leaner and cleaner industries. The position is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while collaborating with experienced trainers.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate training programs in line with contracts and budgets.
• Manage day‑to‑day training delivery, ensuring the right products and materials are used.
• Provide logistics support, assist participants during sessions, and gather feedback and attendance data.
• Prepare training materials, experiment with AI tools, and document learnings.
• Offer basic technical support and help build foundational knowledge for learners.

Required profile

• Strong interest in training and facilitation, with willingness to learn instructional design under senior guidance.
• Quick learner able to grasp new tools and systems rapidly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with active listening and empathy for learners.
• High motivation, proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and openness to feedback.
• Team player who can support colleagues and adapt to different learning environments.
