Account Manager – Aftermarket

About the role

As an Account Manager – Aftermarket you will be responsible for managing and growing OPmobility’s aftermarket business in the Exterior & Lighting Business Group. Based in Nový Jičín, you will act as the main link between customers and internal teams, driving sales, new product introductions and profitable relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts and commercial terms.
• Coordinate technical and commercial offers with cross‑functional teams.
• Introduce new products and drive order intake at the customer level.
• Define and execute customer‑specific commercial strategies while monitoring profitability and cash flow.
• Gather customer feedback, initiate improvement actions and track market developments.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales or program development.
• Strong negotiation skills and a commercial mindset.
• Good understanding of automotive products, customers and project lifecycles.
• Ability to build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with senior decision‑makers.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
