Associate Field Clinical Liaison

About the role

As a field‑based Clinical Liaison, you will be the first point of contact for dentists and orthodontists in your region, providing clinical education, communication, and support to both external and internal customers. Your mission is to deliver top‑tier clinical education, helping customers become experts in the Invisalign technique and increasing their confidence with iTero.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth and build clinical confidence through education on Align’s protocols, iTero, and ClinCheck software, as well as clinical troubleshooting.
• Provide medical expertise, training, and guidance to marketing and commercial teams to ensure they have accurate product knowledge.
• Investigate and analyse clinical‑related inquiries, complaints, and adverse events.
• Design and deliver educational programs for selected doctors, coordinating closely with customer support and sales.
• Offer clinical support and education to orthodontists and dentists in private practices, DSO organizations, and universities.
• Develop peer‑to‑peer relationships with HCPs, teaching treatment planning and new digital workflows.
• Work cross‑functionally to execute Align educational programs and achieve predefined business goals.
• Plan and conduct field visits independently, covering at least 50% of the time, and organize group sessions in alignment with the sales team.

Required profile

• Degree in dentistry or orthodontics (DDS, DMD or equivalent) preferred.
• 2‑4 years of clinical experience.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Strong time‑management and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with iTero scanner technology.
• Experience using ClinCheck software for treatment planning.
