Brand Manager - Confectionery

About the role

Nestle is looking for a Brand Manager for its confectionery business in Prague. The role sits in a marketing team that can run local development while being part of the global strategy and deployment. It suits project-driven, organised people who are comfortable communicating across departments, from factory to sales.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare development briefs based on input from the Brand Manager
• Run product development, including all its relevant activities
• Manage the portfolio so it stays up to date and consumer relevant, under the guidance of the Brand Manager
• Monitor market trends by analysing consumer behaviour, competition and product performance to spot new opportunities and needs
• Execute and coordinate marketing activities within the portfolio mix
• Brief and manage work with marketing agencies

Required profile

• Preferably 3+ years of marketing experience; enthusiastic graduates also welcome
• Very good command of English
• Interest in the latest marketing trends
• Creative, proactive and strongly driven, with detailed orientation
• Good time and project management skills, able to analyse and interpret data

Required skills

• Active knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
