Business Central Application Analyst

About the role

ALST is looking for a Business Central Application Analyst in Prague to administer and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment, support its use across the organisation and help improve business processes. The role combines administration, analysis, user support, reporting and implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Business Central environment, manage users, roles, permissions and security, and monitor configuration, performance and data integrity.
• Support upgrades, patches, releases and testing, and keep up-to-date system documentation and procedures.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, turn them into functional specifications, and recommend process improvements.
• Act as main point of contact for functional support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training, user guides and SOPs.
• Develop reports, dashboards and data extracts, define KPIs and reporting needs, and analyse data trends.
• Take part in implementations, prepare test scripts, support UAT, and coordinate third-party integrations.
• Work with business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners, and act as a liaison between users and technical teams.

Required profile

• Citizen or permanent resident of the country of application, or able to obtain a valid working visa.
