Business Consultant – 6‑month contract with extension potential

About the role

Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to join its Professional Services team on a six‑month contract, with the possibility of extension. You will help top e‑commerce brands maximise the value of the Bloomreach Engagement platform by guiding implementation, data migration and optimisation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Become a subject‑matter expert on the Bloomreach Engagement platform and advise clients on best practices.
• Gather business requirements, design data structures, manage data migration and deploy automated programs.
• Audit client sites, design and evaluate A/B tests, and propose enhancements to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to create strategic roadmaps aligned with client KPIs and ROI targets.
• Communicate regularly with clients via online channels and on‑site visits, providing training and reporting.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑facing B2B or B2C role within e‑commerce, SaaS, agency or consultancy environments.
• Strong ownership, self‑organisation and ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
• Consulting mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions and act as a trusted advisor.
• Excellent English business proficiency; additional German or Nordic language is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with marketing technology platforms such as Bloomreach Engagement, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Adobe, Braze or Emarsys.
• Technical knowledge of APIs, SQL, HTML and JavaScript.
• Experience with AI tools, LLMs or AI agents is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of performance marketing, CRM, analytics and marketing automation.
