Business Consultant – Process Optimization

About the role

We are seeking a Business Consultant to join our team and help clients improve their operational efficiency through detailed process analysis and redesign. The role involves working closely with senior client stakeholders to uncover current-state workflows and design future-state solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct AS‑IS process assessments and operational diagnostics.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and process workshops.
• Perform process shadowing and document current‑state operations.
• Develop BPMN process maps using MS Visio or equivalent tools.
• Identify process optimisation opportunities and support TO‑BE design.
• Translate qualitative findings into structured analysis and executive‑ready presentations.
• Collaborate closely with senior client stakeholders and project leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting, process optimisation or operational excellence.
• Hands‑on experience with process interviews, documentation and BPMN mapping.
• Fluent in Czech or Slovak for client‑facing interactions and proficient in English.
• Experience in transaction‑intensive or complex operational environments is preferred.
• Practical experience with Generative AI is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Visio (or equivalent BPMN tools).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis and presentation.
