Business Operations Lead – French & English

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Lead who is fluent in English and French to ensure smooth and efficient operation of our Business Unit. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage business support, procurement, administrative functions and internal processes while collaborating with corporate functions such as HR, Legal, IT and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage suppliers, procurement activities and contracts.
• Oversee day‑to‑day business operations, equipment and administrative support.
• Coordinate with Corporate Shared Services and other functional teams.
• Improve and standardise internal processes and workflows.
• Support compliance, operational reporting and risk management.
• Lead cross‑functional operational initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in people management.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to work independently across multiple functions.
• Willingness to travel 2–3 times per month within Europe.
