Change Leader – PSM & Global Initiatives

About the role

As a Change Leader for PSM and Global Initiatives, you will drive strategic transformation across the organization, ensuring initiatives align with corporate objectives and deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize and support the PSM management team to achieve key OKRs and KPIs.
• Lead cross‑functional change initiatives within PSM and across departments.
• Apply structured change‑management methodologies to the people side of change.
• Develop and execute strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
• Identify risks, prepare mitigation tactics, and manage resistance.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and commitment.
• Track, report, and present progress, metrics, and outcomes to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience leading change or transformation projects.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and deliver results on time and within budget.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with structured change‑management approaches and methodologies.
