About the role

We are looking for a Manager – Engineered Solutions to lead the creation, design and quotation of engineered products (specials) within a fast‑paced, innovative manufacturing environment. The role supports our transformation agenda and aims to deliver high‑quality, customer‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead teams responsible for creation, design and quotation of engineered products (specials).
• Oversee product and solution governance, ensuring compliance with ETQ/OTD processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across engineered solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Support the company’s transformation agenda and growth objectives.

• Proven experience in managing engineered product development or similar engineering functions.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
